How we design architecture
We build systems in such a way that they are sustainable in the long term and can be maintained independently by our clients. Together, we challenge existing approaches and break new ground – in a structured manner and with an eye to operational viability. Our aim is to deliver solutions that stand the test of everyday use. Our focus is on transparent structures, stable platforms and collaboration on an equal footing.
Open rather than closed
Our work is based on openness, honesty and a pragmatic approach to technology. That is why we deliberately opt for open-source solutions to ensure systems remain transparent and can be deployed confidently for the desired use case. Our involvement in open-source communities feeds directly into our projects.
The mind behind identiops
Jan Christoph Ebersbach founded identinet, the organization behind identiops, in 2023, drawing on over 20 years’ experience in software development and the operation of IT systems. Together with his team, he supports businesses in Bremen, Lower Saxony, Hamburg and North Rhine-Westphalia.
He combines in-depth technical knowledge with a practical approach that focuses on real-world application scenarios and avoids common pitfalls.
His focus is on technologies for the reproducible and scalable operation of IT services, such as Kubernetes.
He has designed and operated clusters for organisations of various sizes: from initial production environments to mature system landscapes.
As a developer of open-source projects such as terraform-hcloud-k3s, he helps to make Kubernetes more accessible – through training and tools.
Between the cloud and code, company founder Jan Christoph Ebersbach has developed an analogue counterpart: his collection of fountain pens. Whether 120 years old or imported from Japan – he always has one to hand. It is his favourite tool for sketching out initial architectural ideas.
